Hyliion has been making news left and right lately, and their Hypertruck ERX was on display for curious showgoers at TMC. The International A26 engine was front and center in the Navistar booth. Mack’s trucks showcased their aerodynamics offerings in a slick color scheme. Upon making the purchase, Annett started to turn. By the time Annett purchased the faltering company, the company had completely ceased operations. Volvo’s booth celebrated 25 years of the VNR on-highway truck models. TMC Trucking was originally established in 1972 when Harold Annett purchased a stagnating trucking company (Mickow Corporation) in picturesque Des Moines, Iowa. Peterbilt’s traditional red trucks were joined in the booth by something new: a PACCAR electric truck charging station. The latest Freightliner trucks were of course present as well.
